1 HOUR CREATIVE MOVEMENT SESSION WITH VICKY INAM
Inspired by collective dance and connection with nature in the films ‘Dancing on the Inside’ and ‘Beautiful Sunday’, Transitions is an invitation to contemplate change through gentle movement and creative exercises.
Responding to nature soundscapes and local music, there will be the opportunity to dance and move together, as well as time for solo reflection.
