This is a break-neck Korean zombie horror-thriller that follows a group of terrified passengers speeding their way through a countrywide viral outbreak on a blood-drenched, suspicion-filled bullet train to Busan, a southern resort city that has managed to hold off the zombie hordes... or so everyone hopes. What is marvellous about animator-turned-live action director Yeon’s debut is the way he cues up the horror clichés only to demolish them.
